Week 7 Standings.

Below are the Divisional standings for week 7.

No major changes in the North despite TeamEvil suffering a loss. Mancini jumped up several places and thats really all that happened. In the Southern division the tipsy turvy battle for the top changed again as the Quackstars jumped to the top above the Hogs as they continue to trade places via points for and against. The Packers stay close with a great win, and McLarge and the Kittens jump the Jugglers, whilst the Indians remain at rock bottom.

Below is the Darby Football League Standings.

The Quackstars take the Lead in the rankings from Team Evil and their impressive Points for column as we hit the halfway point in this season. The Hogs sit comfortably in the number 2 slot despite the prediction of a loss due to their bye week and injury woes. The Packers hold on to the 4th spot whilst Big McLarge jumps up a place and pushes Le Mellieur down thanks to his impressive Week 6 scoreline. Both Kittens and Mancini jump up into the final spots for the wildcard. Hot on their heels are Forlan and the Jugglers who slipped down 3 places after this weeks tough loss. Coach no More's last minute defeat drops him a place and at the bottom we have no change as All Gray and Mugen sit at 2-5 and at the bottom the Indians.

Week 7 Recap

After an eventful Weekend of NFL!

We saw great games and stats put on by all in Week 7 of the season.
The biggest stat line of the day was Paul’s Big Mc-Large-Huge putting on an impressive total of 161.24 against Mugen’s 51.60. 140 of them were already on the board by the end of the first game! Not stopping at any point most of the team put on at least 20 points in a very healthy week and a very disappointing loss for Mugen.

Big McLarge-Huge now 4-3, Mugen Monsters now 2-5

The Bay Packers went to The Northern Divisions leaders turf at Team Evil. It was a close battle and mid way through the Monday Night Game things were looking comfortable for Johnzzo as Romo put them up by 15 points. But a big hit on Romo at the start of the 2nd quarter and he left the game. Later we found out he has a fractured left clavicle and would not return. At the Half Bradshaw was gaining on the Packers for Team Evil and sitting at 6 points behind at 109 to 115.86.
As the game came to a close in Cowboys stadium the Giants began to run the ball with Bradshaw, working the clock down and giving the Bay Packers just a 1 point lead as he continued to gain yards, bringing TeamEvil to what could be a close victory, until Bradshaw fumbles the ball, losing him 3 points and what could be the game! The fans of the Bay Packers breathed a sigh of relief as they hold on to the win and force TeamEvil’s 2nd loss of the season!

Johnzzo Bay Packers now 5-2, TeamEvil Beats Southern Nonces now 5-2

The Orchard Park Indians hosted Forlan’s Headband Lovers and both fielded players with no impact, the bench on the other hand showed different results for both teams. The Indians fall to a very close loss and now at the halfway point of the season need a miracle to get things back on track.

Forlan’s Headband Lovers now 3-4, Orchard Park Indians now 1-6

Similar situation as the Crusty Jugglers visited Mancini’s home field and both teams putting on big stats but the biggest shock was the Raiders smashing off the Broncos, and the recently returned from injury Darren McFadden putting on a monster 45 points. All we can say is who would have known!

Crusty Jugglers now 3-4, Mancini Kills All Softies now 3-4

The Hogs looking for a massive uphill struggle after all the injuries made the team look elsewhere in the waivers and FA’s, took on a newly reformed team of Le Meilleur. Again a close game and all seemed to be left in Eli’s hands for MNF. After Eli’s bad start of 2 INT’s, getting his points totals back to 14.68 with 3 TD’s and leaving the Hogs 1 point and change behind Le Meilleur at the half. The Hogs finally got the lead and the win with Manning’s 4th TD to Manningham for a beautiful cut in between two players.

Common Ground Hogs now 6-1, Le Meilleur now 4-3

The Quackstars were visitors to All Gray and spent most of the game but comfortably put on a steady string of points to be in the lead by SNF. A very disappointing Saints display hurt both teams, but a great game from Peterson with 25 points helped seal the win.

London Quackstars now 6-1, Al Gray Son now 2-5

Coach No More Adebayor visited The Fire Breathing Kittens and all looked over as the Monday Night game came around. Hakeem Nicks’ 2 TD’s and Dez Bryant’s Run back brought The Fire Breathing Kittens close, but a Steve Smith TD made the gap stretch back to 122.10 to 99.90 for Coach No More. The Kittens despite the two big Wr’s and a last quarter Bryant TD to take it within 8 just couldn’t make points up to match Steve Smith’s big night.... until another TD from Dez Bryant sent the Kittens to 129.96 to Coach No More’s 128.78 and a massive crazy comeback sees the Kittens steals a win!!

Coach No More Adebayor now 2-5, Fire Breathing Kittens now 3-4
